    These weekly, hour-long sessions, held virtually via Google Meet, help empower you to meet your personal goals. Operating from an ADHD lens, our work together will be collaborative and strengths-focused — with you setting the agenda.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

    My 1-on-1 coaching clients receive free weekly accountability check-ins upon request. I’ll text or email you to ask for a status update on something you’ve been working on or to prompt you to get the ball rolling on a new task — whatever you’d find helpful!
