Do you want more joy and less inhibition in your life?
I often used to feel this way as a young professional navigating a new career and all of the life changes that accompany your twenties. What made the biggest difference for me was carving out a more ADHD-friendly lifestyle.
Up until that point, I enjoyed what I was doing professionally, and loved spending time with friends and family, but often felt hampered and weighed down by what felt like arbitrary routines, schedules, and social decorum. At times, I wasn’t sure whether I was doing something because it genuinely lined up with my values, or because I felt obligated to.
When the pandemic hit, I realized something had to change, and I gradually made adjustments and accommodations for myself that made my life more joyful and less restrictive. Everyone has a different path, and no coach can (or should) tell you how to live your life. I’m here to guide you through your unique goals as a person with ADHD, informed by your values, strengths, needs, and more. You can learn more about my approach to coaching here.
A little more about me:
I live with my partner and our rescue pup Miles in Montgomery County, MD (right outside of Washington, DC).
As a coach, I’m ADDCA-trained and am working toward certifications from ADDCA, ICF, and PAAC.
I worked in communications for over seven years before launching my ADHD coaching practice.
I’m queer (bi) and always enjoy meeting and working with fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I’m an avid reader, movie watcher, and podcast listener who is more than happy to swap recommendations. (Still searching for a podcast I’ll enjoy as much as “You’re Wrong About!”)
